The promise in (Joel 1 to 3) is here. It is not for everyone, but only to those who Yeshua Elyon has chosen to receive the Divine blessings. The Most High said that he will pour out his SPIRIT upon all humanity and his sons and daughters will be seers (see visions). Old men will have dreams and great Visual experiences. Those who are not worthy, will not receive Yeshua Elyon's Divine Anointing Fire that give the Divine Spirit Revelations. (JRSL-UCYG)
