What kind of worship does our eternal heavenly Father of the celestial realms require from his Elect, Righteous chosen Ones?

The Jews of Yeshua the Lamb's (Son of El-Elyon's) time believed that they were the ones who performed the true worship, while the Samaritans, on the other hand, the house of Israel thought that their worship on their mountain was better. It was at this time in history that Yeshua revealed what the true kind of worship Elyon requires.

Yeshua explained it to the woman of Samaria and from that time onward, the supreme creator, maker and sustain-er, Most High El, expects His people to worship Him in SPIRIT and in Truth, in other wards, from the heart, mind, soul and spirit, with their whole being. Gospel of John, chap, 4. (TNDL)
