When our hearts are healthy and the ventricles has no plaque stopping our blood from flowing to its various parts of our bodies, then we can be active and excellent in doing our full potential. Our physical body is a reflection or shadow of our spiritual body and soul, therefore we should get the whole man healthy by feeding him/her with the food that comes from Yahweh Elyon/Yeshua. This is food to sustain and satisfy the mind, spirit and soul. After which we then groom ourselves with the oil of gladness as we sing the Song of victory and dance the dance of worship, glory thanksgiving to the Most High/ Yeshua.
