THE STRENGTH OF KNOWING!!!

Strong words vs Weak words, knowing is strong, believing is weak. If someone said they know a person, thing or place, that suggest that he or she has some close encounter or relations with the above parties. However when a person or groups of people say that they believe, it show uncertainty and doubt. Which begs the question, do you know or believe things that you speak about? (JRSL)
