The Spirit of the Most High came when Elijah's Ministry of power was demonstrated and witnessed, by the House of Israel. It was a time when the Spirit of the Most High came to restore all things back to the way things were. There was a time when Man knew who Elyon was and worshiped him in Spirit and Truth. However another time period came when people forgot the true creator, and worshiped the crea...tion rather than Elyon (the Creator). So he left them to their own ways. Elijah was disappointed in the house of Israel when they turned away from their God to worship and serve Baal, yet the House of Israel would not turn away from their apostate ways.
Therefore Elijah the great Seer Prophet was sent to restore some Israelites back to their God. Similarly the mighty Holy Ghost is sent in like manner as Elijah however is s tasked with restoring the Children of Elyon/Yeshua back on to him. This is happening because the Most High children embraced Yeshua by receiving him and his name. (Joseph Rising Sun Levi - UCYG)
