The promise of the Paraclete was fulfilled on the day of Pentecost, when all the disciples were together in one mind, soul and spirit which was good. However, in the new things that El-Elyon Yeshua is doing in our Time and day, a greater and mightier outpouring and anointing in on its way. This is what the Seer Joel predicted from ancient time, it shall be the fullness of the Spirit of the Most High El being poured out on his children. Look at Joel chap, 2-3.
