It is better to obey GOD rather than men/or a governing body of men, (Acts , chap 4). This school of thought was very much agreed upon and enforced by those whom the risen Yeshua, the Alpha and Omega, had appointed and authorized. This was before the Holy Ghost/Paraclete came. Yeshua said to them to go into all nations and preach his gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven/GOD to all nations and I will be with you always even until the end of the Aeon/Age.
