The answer to this question of how to pray, is to pray in Spirit and not by the carnal senses. However those who are born of Spirit is spiritual in nature and while praying their souls are lifted up to the Most High. But the ones who are not yet made new can only understand the things of the five senses which is an optical delusion, and their prayers remains here on this lower plane. (JRS-SMU)
